Swimming Pool
Newlands Spring Primary and Nursery School is fortunate in having the benefit of a heated indoor swimming pool on site. The pool is well utilised for curriculum PE lessons throughout the week, with all our pupils from Foundation Stage to year 6 receiving regular swimming lessons during their time at the school.
These facilities are enjoyed not only by our pupils but are also available to other local schools, swim schools and the local community. The facilities are open all year round and there is parking available nearby.
Services
The Newlands Spring Primary and Nursery School Swimming pool provides the following services to the school and local community
- School lessons throughout the week during term time
- Swimming lessons for children (all ages). Group lessons and private lessons are available
- Parent and Toddler lessons
- Adult Only swim sessions on Tuesday (7.00 - 8.00 p.m.) and Thursday (7.00 - 8.00 p.m.)
- Pool hire for schools and swim schools
Prices
Prices start at
- £3.50 for adults swim sessions (adult only, over 50's )
- £8.50 per half hour for swimming lessons and Parent and Toddler lessons
